Granny Jackson’s 100th Birthday

In April, I had an opportunity to cover Mrs. Jackson’s 100th birthday dinner. This was actually a surprise dinner organized and attended by 7 generations of her family. It’s amazing to see someone her age to be so lively and healthy, which reminded me of my 80 year old grandma who still swims in the ocean almost a mile everyday. Personally and artistically, it’s always good for me to cover family events like these and be able to portray the love and respect they have for one another on these photographs.
